Before we meet

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID card, or passport, plus the complete, unsigned document. Don't sign anything ahead of time; most documents must be signed in my presence.
What does it cost?
Nevada sets the maximum fee per notarial act by law, and travel fees are quoted upfront based on your location and appointment time. You'll know the full cost before you book, with no surprises.
Where do you travel?
I serve the entire Las Vegas Valley, including Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and surrounding areas. If you're outside this area, reach out and I'll let you know if I can accommodate.
Are evenings and weekends available?
Yes. I offer appointments seven days a week, including evenings, because documents rarely wait for business hours. After-hours travel fees may apply and are always quoted in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major cards, Venmo, and Zelle. For loan signings, payment is typically handled directly by the title or escrow company.
Can you give legal advice about my documents?
No. Notaries are impartial witnesses, not attorneys. I can't advise on the content of your documents or which document you need, but I'm happy to explain the notarization process itself.
